Will Angelenos mostly be working at home? How will they communicate? Here spot.us imagines the future. Major transportation projects such as the Subway to the Sea will be completed or well underway by 2030, making the city much more accessible. Will public transportation make LA more like New York, where people live, work, and play in their pocket or corner of the city? As mobile technology increases, allowing people to work remotely, will the lines between work and play blur even more? And how will that affect living in Los Angeles? Will we be watching our kids at the playground while conducting a virtual meeting with clients?
